Purpose of scientific Platform

The purpose of the Scientific Platform is the expansion of physical education in the pre-university education system, in the Albanian and beyond, as the only way from which we can generate quality health and return to national value the energies and talents of the country.
The scientific and study basis (studies and experiments of Medicine, fisiology of Physical Exercise and Sports, Sociology of Sports reveal that the massive and appropriate and continuous development of Physical-Sports Education in school, is a useful tool that has positive impact during human life and protects against following diseases:
-    Eliminates obesity and overweight
-    Increases muscle mass and strength; cardiovascular, pulmonary and vascular performance
-    Eliminates osteoporosis and increases bone mass
-    Eliminates spine and joint pain
-    Reduces blood pressure
-    Protects against heart attacks and arterial diseases
-    Protects against cerebral hemorrhages
-    Reduces the risk of stress and increases tolerance toward
-    Improves diabetes
-    Reduces cancer risk
-    Prevents the development of negative blood clotting processes
-    Increases life expectancy by 5 years
-    Helps to stop use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs
-    Improves social relations and creates conditions for a rich life with hope and gratitude
-    Creates and develops 3rd Economic Sector
The Scientific Platform aims at the expected learning outcomes, which are guaranteed by the treatment of programs built on entirely scientific, social, organizational, educational, entertaining and applied basis.
